QED.ai is looking for a ScanForm Field Coordinator to coordinate the deployment of ScanForm in Botswana, working with in-country MOH and IP teams to ensure smooth roll-out, including testing, training, distribution, and monitoring and evaluation.
Requirements
- Residency in Botswana
- Experience with field work and coordination of field teams
- Fluency in multiple languages, including English and local languages in the country of residence
- High proficiency in speaking, reading, and composing clear and correct English
- English typing speed of at least 40 words per minute
- Strong logical reasoning and attention to detail
- Experience with composing field reports and summaries
- Experience working with Excel spreadsheets
- Ability to listen carefully to clients and communicate their desires accurately back to the team
- Ability to juggle substantial quantities of facts and figures
- Enthusiasm for technology and optimization
- Highly preferred full-time employment of at least 40 hours per week
