We are looking for a ScanForm Field Coordinator to coordinate the deployment of ScanForm in Nigeria, working with in-country MOH and IP teams to ensure smooth roll-out. The ideal candidate will have experience with field work, coordination, and communication, as well as fluency in multiple languages.
Requirements
- Residency in Nigeria
- Experience with field work and coordination of field teams
- Fluency in multiple languages, including English and local languages
- Emotional intelligence and strong face-to-face communications skills
- Experience and comfort with making public presentations
- High proficiency in speaking, reading, and composing clear and correct English
- English typing speed of at least 40 words per minute
- Strong logical reasoning and attention to detail
- Experience with composing field reports and summaries
- Experience working with Excel spreadsheets
- Ability to listen carefully to our clients and communicate their desires accurately back to the team
- Ability to juggle substantial quantities of facts and figures
- Enthusiasm for technology and optimization
- Highly preferred full-time employment of at least 40 hours per week
