Assistant Manager - Investment Management - CDU6 - CDUP 2056

We are looking for an Investment Management professional to join our team and play a pivotal role in evaluating, originating, and managing real estate investment opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• MBA, CFA, or equivalent qualifications preferred.
• +5 years in investment management, financial modelling, or M&A advisory (preferably in real estate or private equity).
• Experience in corporate finance, M&A modelling, and deal structuring, with a focus on real estate.
• Strong experience from boutique investment banks (e.g., Lazar, Rothschild, Jefferies) or large real estate funds (e.g., Hines, Brookfield, Capital Land).
• Prior exposure to the GCC region is highly desirable.
