Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking an experienced development professional to fill the role of Manager - Development Financial Analysis within their Sports Business Unit. The role involves providing robust development financial analysis and commercial acumen across a range of Sports assets, supporting investment decisions, and driving exceptional returns while aligning with Qiddiya's long-term vision in Sport.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, real estate, or a related field
• A minimum of +6 years of relevant experience
• Exceptional proficiency in complex excel based financial modeling, strategic planning tools and Power BI
• Proven track record of involvement in financial strategy and business planning for large-scale development projects
• Strong understanding of operational assets, working with profit and loss accounts with an ability to review and identify key levers, optimization opportunities and risks.
