Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 14-18 years of experience in hospitality development, specifically within sports or stadium environments.
• Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale hospitality projects.
• Strong understanding of the sports and entertainment industry.
• Exceptional project management and leadership skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Familiarity with project management software.
