Qiddiya Investment Company seeks a Senior Manager - Cybersecurity Business Partner to develop and execute a comprehensive cybersecurity strategy, protect assets, and ensure the integrity of projects. The role requires a bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field, and 10+ years of experience in cybersecurity with significant experience in strategic roles or developing cybersecurity programs.

Requirements

• Assess organizational cybersecurity risks and vulnerabilities, providing guidance and recommendations for mitigation.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to integrate cybersecurity priorities into the company's strategic planning and operational processes.
• Lead the development of policies and procedures to ensure effective management of cybersecurity risks.
• Oversee the implementation of cybersecurity programs, initiatives, and technologies to enhance enterprise security posture.
• Evaluate and advise on third-party security risks associated with vendors, partners, and contractors.
• Coordinate cybersecurity training and awareness programs across the organization.
• Monitor industry trends, emerging threats, and regulatory changes to ensure the company's security practices remain relevant and effective.
