Senior Manager - Project Control (RSE-521)

Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a Senior Manager of Project Control (DEL-251) to lead their project management initiatives and ensure projects are meticulously planned and executed. This leadership position oversees project controls across multiple projects, aligns deliverables with strategic vision, and manages a team of analysts. The role involves managing cost estimation, schedule creation, risk mitigation, and reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or a related discipline
• At least 9-12 years of experience in project controls, especially in large-scale construction or infrastructure projects
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage complex project environments
• Strong analytical skills with a capability to interpret financial data
• Outstanding communication skills and strong negotiation skills
• Mastery of project management software (Scheduling, Financial Tools)
• Professional certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) are highly regarded
