Senior Manager- Stakeholder Engagement & Community (CDU3) - CDUP 2051

Qiddiya is a 360 km2 mega-project in Saudi Arabia, creating a destination for entertainment, sports, and culture. We're hiring a Senior Manager for Stakeholder Engagement & Community to build enduring stakeholder relationships and drive technical and operational interface requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Transport Systems, Infrastructure, or a related technical discipline
• Master's degree in engineering management, Public Infrastructure, or similar field strongly preferred
• Deep understanding of infrastructure lifecycle, transport operations, in complex projects
• Proven experience operating in the Middle East, with a detailed understanding of inter-governmental and regulatory frameworks in the region
• Demonstrated ability to develop interface agreements from inception through execution and operational management
• Experience delivering or supporting large-scale, multi-modal transport projects across complex jurisdictional and physical boundaries
• A track record of leading and mentoring multidisciplinary teams in high-pressure environments
