Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a Specialist - Hospitality & Activation Support for their serviced residences segment. This role focuses on enhancing guest experience, ensuring quality standards, and managing event accommodations. The specialist will coordinate with internal and external teams to deliver a seamless experience for guests.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field
• 3–5 years in hospitality services, employee onboarding, corporate short-term housing, or event coordination
• Strong coordination and multitasking abilities
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)
• Knowledge of hospitality standards and vendor performance monitoring
• Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
