Job Description
QinetiQ US is seeking a Senior Acquisition Support Specialist to support weapon systems development for the US Space Force and its partners. The role involves supporting acquisition processes, ensuring program management success, and working with government agencies and higher headquarters. This is a mission-led role focused on national security and innovation within a dynamic team environment.
Requirements
- Experience in small, agile acquisition with insight into lessons learned from large acquisitions.
- Strong understanding (and experience preferred) of contractual efforts designed to address fulfilling near-term requirements.
- Demonstrated history of working with space and/or software related acquisitions.
- Experience drafting and staffing broad-spectrum program planning and execution documentation.
- Expertise in preparing budgets through the PPBE cycle and managing finances to meet obligations and expenditure goals.
