Job Description
QinetiQ US is seeking a Senior Space Systems Engineer to develop, advance, and sustain weapon systems for the US Space Force. This role involves providing expert insight, knowledge, and perspectives for space system development, contributing to program success through TRLs, and supporting mission protection and operations. The company focuses on innovative research in sensor science, signal processing, AI, and machine learning.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in space system development and operations
- Extensive experience in maturing space system technologies through all TRL levels
- Expert level knowledge and understanding of space system signature measurements, predictions, and sensor development
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple competing priorities
- Excellent project management and organizational skills
- Ability to identify and solve problems
