Java Technical Lead

We are seeking a Java Technical Lead with 7-12 years of experience to architect scalable cloud-native applications. The role involves designing, developing, and deploying robust Java solutions, mentoring teams, and collaborating with stakeholders. Experience with core Java concepts, modern frameworks, and cloud technologies is required.

Requirements

• Strong expertise in Core Java (OOPs, data structures, multithreading, exception handling)
• Experience with Java frameworks – Spring Boot, Hibernate, JPA
• Proven track record of leading development teams or tech initiatives
• MQ Integration (IBM MQ, ActiveMQ, RabbitMQ, etc.)
• AWS deployment experience – EC2, S3, Lambda, CloudFormation, etc.
• MongoDB – indexing, aggregation, performance tuning
• Hands-on with CI/CD, Git, Docker, and cloud-native DevOps workflows
• Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills
