Qonto is seeking a Customer Care Onboarding Specialist to guide new customers through their account opening process and ensure a smooth onboarding experience. This role focuses on providing excellent support via email and phone, setting up internal processes, and identifying customer needs to improve the product and maintain a positive customer experience. The ideal candidate will be fluent in Dutch and Flemish, and possesses strong customer service skills.
