We are looking for a Growth Operations - Product Manager to help us accelerate our Growth, turning our accounting channel into a scalable revenue machine. As a Growth Ops Product Manager at Qonto, you will lead the identification, design, development, and delivery of internal solutions to automate the accounting partners management funnel and eliminate manual workflows.
Requirements
- Growth & Technical Background: You have experience in growth-focused roles with technical acumen - you're comfortable 'getting your hands dirty' and love understanding how systems work
- Product Manager mindset: You love to research and understand the true roots of customers’ problems with savviness and methodology
- Cross-Functional Leadership: You have proven experience managing complex projects across multiple teams and stakeholders, with strong communication and stakeholder management skills
