Internal Auditor - Finance

We're looking for an Internal Auditor - Finance to join our team and contribute to enhancing our finance audit function from the ground up. As an Internal Auditor - Finance, you will play a key role in establishing audit standards and processes as we scale towards serving one million SMEs by 2028.

Requirements

• Internal Audit expertise: Demonstrated experience as an internal auditor (finance) in banking, fintech, or payment institutions, with proven ability to participate in complex audit mission (CIA certification a plus)
• Technical knowledge: Solid expertise in banking accounting and IFRS, with hands-on experience in financial instruments, regulatory reporting, and bank audit environments
• Independent: Capable of working autonomously, and building relationships with technical teams
• Methodology builder: Experience creating audit procedures and frameworks from scratch, with ability to balance thoroughness with agility in a fast-growing environment
• Clear technical communication: Excellent at translating technical audit findings into clear recommendations for both technical teams and senior management
• Languages: Fluency in English required; proficiency in French is a bonus
