Requirements
- Reporting changes in resident health and completing data sheets.
- Ensuring medication management program adheres to Blake standards and state regulations.
- Dispensing and maintaining resident medical records.
- Assisting with dining and activities.
- Assisting with resident engagement and well-being.
- CPR/First Aid certification preferred.
