Quadra is seeking an HR Data Analytics Specialist to support the Human Resources team with data insights, reporting, and system optimization. The successful candidate will help shape how HR metrics are tracked and communicated across the organization.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or related field.
- 3-5yrs years of experience in HR analytics, HR reporting, or HRIS administration.
- Experience with HR systems (Dayforce, Workday, BambooHR, etc.).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and visualization design/tools (Power BI, Tableau).
- Strong understanding of HR metrics, KPIs, and workforce data.
