As a Learning Partner, you will contribute to learning strategies aligned with business objectives, drive the Annual Learning Plan, and ensure the effective delivery and impact of learning initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Training and Development, or related field; and MSc would be an asset
- 5 years of experience in Learning & Development or capability building roles
- Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills
- Experience with digital learning platforms and instructional design
- Experience with learning technologies and digital content creation tools
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret learning analytics
- Ability to build trust and influence across levels and functions
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Creative mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement
