The Front Office Receptionist will provide excellent customer service to patients, physicians, and staff, ensuring a smooth patient experience and contributing to clinic operations. This position requires travel between Johnstown, Somerset, and Indiana offices.
Requirements
- Welcomes patients and visitors and answers inquiries.
- Verifies patient insurance coverage.
- Records patient information accurately.
