Job Description
QualDerm Partners is seeking a Laboratory Information Systems Analyst – Technical / Device Support to provide hands-on IT and technical support to the laboratory team, focusing on the VitalAxis LIS and related lab devices. This role serves as the first line of support for LIS users, ensuring proper system integration and reliable computing for clinical and diagnostic work. The Analyst bridges the gap between laboratory operations and IT, enabling lab staff to focus on clinical and diagnostic tasks.
Requirements
- Associate’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent work experience
- 2+ years of IT support or technical analyst experience
- Knowledge of Windows operating systems, networking fundamentals, and hardware support
- Familiarity with LIS or EMR systems (VitalAxis experience strongly preferred)
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and customer service orientation
- Travel 10 - 15%
