Job Description
Qualified is a B2B marketing platform focused on inbound lead generation using AI. The Lead Product Manager role focuses on the core platform, responsible for the platform's user-facing application, components, and frameworks. This role involves enhancing features, supporting trust initiatives, leading cross-team initiatives, and collaborating closely with various teams to deliver scalable solutions.
Requirements
- 7+ years of product management experience
- Good blend of technical intuition and customer empathy
- Strong collaborator with product, design, engineering, customer success, and SEs
- Proven ability to translate complex customer and partner needs into scalable solutions
- Entrepreneurial approach and comfort working in a fast-moving environment
- Data-driven mindset with a focus on measuring outcomes and iterating quickly using Agile principles
