Qualified is a leading B2B marketing platform leveraging AI and LLMs to help companies generate inbound pipeline. The company offers Piper, an AI SDR Agent, to provide AI-driven solutions to improve lead generation and conversion rates. The Senior Software Engineer will be integral to advancing their PipelineAI platform, focusing on building scalable backend systems, incorporating AI/ML technologies, and ensuring product stability and scalability.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience building modern web applications with a focus on AI/ML
- Proficiency in Ruby on Rails, JavaScript, Python, or Go
- Hands-on experience in AI-driven application development
- Strong background in data-focused backend development and ETL processes
- Experience working with SQL and RDBMS (PostgreSQL preferred)
- Strong software engineering practices
