Qualitest is hiring an AI Developer for a full-time, permanent, fully remote position open to US-based candidates only. The role focuses on building enterprise-grade AI-driven applications using Java, Python, Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, and MCP.

Requirements

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services and AI agents using Java and/or Python
• Build and optimize Generative AI applications
• Implement Model Context Protocol (MCP) to standardize AI interactions with external tools, databases, and services
• Integrate LLMs with enterprise data systems to enable scalable and secure AI solutions
• Work with vector databases (e.g., FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate) for semantic search and context retrieval
• Collaborate with product managers, researchers, and engineers to translate AI roadmap goals into technical deliverables
