Engineer III - Electrical

We are seeking an Electrical Engineer III to join our team at Qualus. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in electrical engineering and 5+ years of design engineering experience. The role involves executing design projects from start to finish, providing technical and sales support, and working with clients to deliver complex power systems. The Electrical Engineer III will be responsible for medium and low voltage electrical design, specification development, and reviewing field data to provide customer recommendations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in electrical engineering or related field from an ABET accredited institution
• 5+ years of design engineering experience on primary power distribution, P&C schemes, and/or electrical equipment
• Professional Engineering (P.E.) License preferred
• 2-5 years of AutoCAD experience
• 2-5 years using power systems modeling software such as ETAP, SKM, and/or EasyPower
• Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively discuss technical recommendations with customers
