Senior UX Writer

We're seeking a Senior UX Writer with 5 to 7 years of experience crafting content for complex digital products. You will play a critical role in shaping product narratives, microcopy, and conversational experiences that help users confidently navigate sophisticated enterprise platforms.

Requirements

• 5 to 7 years of UX writing or content design experience
• Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Journalism, Technical Writing, or equivalent practical experience
• Experience working on enterprise B2B products, particularly in cybersecurity, SaaS, or data-heavy platforms
• Familiarity with AI/Agentic AI concepts, intelligent assistants, or in-product guidance systems
• Strong portfolio of UX-focused writing samples and style guidelines
• Experience with accessibility best practices in relation to content
• Strong verbal, presentation, conflict resolution, and written communication skills
