We are looking for a Compliance Officer to support the effective operation of the Compliance Framework of a regulated financial services institution. The role contributes to ensuring ongoing compliance with applicable legal, regulatory and supervisory requirements and supports the organization’s governance, regulatory readiness and sustainable operation.
Requirements
- Supporting compliance risk mapping, implementation and follow up of corrective actions within the regulatory and supervisory framework applicable to Servicers
- Monitoring and reviewing the effective implementation of policies, standards (ISO etc.) and controls ensuring compliance with licensing, internal governance, and supervisory requirements
- Providing compliance advice on the interpretation and application of the legal and regulatory framework
- Drafting, reviewing, and updating Policies and Procedures in line with applicable laws and Group requirements
- Reviewing customer and third-party contracts to ensure regulatory compliance
- Supporting investigations into misconduct and promoting a strong compliance culture across the organization
- Working closely with Internal Audit, Risk Management, Legal, the Data Protection Officer (DPO) and external auditors within the internal governance framework
- Supporting outsourcing and third-party oversight within the TPRM framework, including compliance risk assessment for critical or material outsourced activities, due diligence and periodic review of service providers
- Monitoring ongoing compliance of outsourced arrangements with contractual, regulatory, and supervisory requirements and providing compliance input on outsourcing agreements, in coordination with Legal and Risk Management
- Ensuring that all activities and duties are carried out in full compliance with regulatory requirements and supporting the continued implementation of the Group Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy
