Quanta Canada Renewables (QCR) is seeking a skilled Heavy Equipment Operator to join their growing team within the renewable energy sector. The role involves operating heavy machinery on utility-scale wind, solar, and energy storage projects, focusing on site preparation, excavation, and material handling. The position is critical to project execution and contributes to the sustainable infrastructure sector.

Requirements

• Operate heavy equipment (excavators, bulldozers, graders, etc.) safely and efficiently.
• Perform site preparation tasks including grading, trenching, backfilling, and compacting.
• Conduct daily equipment inspections and perform basic maintenance.
• Adhere to Quanta’s Safety Program and follow site plans.
• Work collaboratively with site personnel.
