Job Description
Carolina Power and Signalization is seeking a Class B Lineman for a full-time position. The Lineman will perform electrical construction and maintenance related to generating stations, transmission/substation, and distribution lines, supporting both Class A and Class B lines. The company is a Quanta Services company focused on a leading utility role in the Carolinas.
Requirements
- Troubleshoot electrical lines and equipment.
- Installs and removes electrical conductors, and places and removes transformers.
- Performs all maintenance tasks from Groundman to Class C Lineman levels.
- Communicates effectively with property owners and the public.
- Adheres to all safety rules.
