Job Description
Taylor’s Construction, Inc. is hiring experienced Coax Splicers to install, splice, test, and maintain coaxial cable systems. This field-based role supports broadband and hybrid fiber-coax networks, requiring technical expertise and field readiness. The company builds networks and maximizes efficiency in the communications and construction industries.
Requirements
- 2+ years of coaxial splicing or cable construction experience
- Knowledge of signal levels, sweep balancing, and RF troubleshooting techniques
- Proficiency with coaxial test equipment (signal meters and sweep gear)
- Ability to climb poles, operate bucket trucks, and perform aerial coaxial work safely
- Familiarity with fiber-to-coax integration (preferred)
