Aspen Utility Company is seeking a Construction Fiber Supervisor to lead the successful fiber splicing execution of projects and supervise in-house and subcontractor crews. The role requires strong organizational skills, a strong understanding of fiber splicing practices, and the ability to perform accurate material and scope rake offs.

Requirements

• Telecom experience for outside plant fiber installation
• Fiber splicing execution of projects
• Supervising in-house and subcontractor crews
• Allocating resources and making splicing decisions
• Ensuring site safety, quality, schedule, and cost on assigned projects
