Construction Manager

We are seeking a Construction Manager with Telecom experience for outside plant fiber installation on fiber to the home projects. The successful candidate will be accountable for the successful construction execution of the project and managing in-house and subcontractor crews. This position requires a strong understanding of construction practices and organizational skills.

Requirements

• Telecom experience for outside plant fiber installation
• Manage in-house and subcontractor crews
• Accurate material and scope rake offs
• Reconcile construction activities and manage scope change during construction
• Manage sub-contractor relationships
• Lead a team of employees
• Take corrective action as necessary
• Develop detailed material rake-offs and scope of services lists
• Track and coordinate material delivery, schedule construction, and drive completion to meet schedule and budget expectations
