Job Description
Taylor’s Construction is seeking skilled Fiber Splicers to perform splicing, testing, and troubleshooting of fiber optic cables for telecommunications projects. This role requires precision, technical expertise, and a commitment to safety and quality. The company focuses on providing robust connectivity solutions with expertise in fiber optic technology and project management.
Requirements
- Perform fiber optic splicing in various environments.
- Test and troubleshoot fiber optic networks using OTDRs, light meters, and other diagnostic tools.
- Interpret splicing diagrams, work orders, and engineering prints.
- Complete splice documentation, labeling, and testing reports accurately.
- Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and quality standards.
