Job Description
Taylor’s Construction, Inc. is seeking motivated Telecom Linemen to join their telecommunications infrastructure crews. This field-based role involves hands-on work with aerial fiber and copper cable installation, lashing, and other core construction aspects. The company emphasizes safety, efficiency, and minimizing disruption in their communications network deployments.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of experience in telecom construction or lineman work.
- Basic knowledge of electricity, cabling, rigging, and safe climbing practices.
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs, work at heights, and perform physically demanding tasks.
- Valid Class A CDL or ability to obtain one.
- Current DOT medical card or ability to pass DOT physical.
- Familiarity with state/local clearance and right-of-way code, preferred.
