Project Manager

Requirements

• 3+ years of project management experience in construction
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and construction management software
• Leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage subcontractors, suppliers, and cross-functional teams
• Skilled in reading construction drawings, permits, and specifications
• Understanding of construction delivery methods, scheduling, and cost control
