Job Description
PAR Electrical Contractors, LLC is seeking a Safety Coordinator to ensure a safe work environment by developing and implementing safety programs, conducting training, and monitoring compliance. The role involves hazard identification, investigation, and adherence to legal and safety requirements. This position contributes to a proactive and high-performance culture focused on excellence and producing projects that meet industry standards.
Requirements
- Ensuring compliance with applicable federal, state, and local environmental regulations.
- Promote the Zero Accident philosophy.
- Perform or assist in vehicular incident, near miss, equipment damage and injury investigations.
- Administer safety orientation program to acquaint employees with site conditions, safe work practices, policies, and procedures.
- Maintain documentation of the company's safety procedures, accidents, and related events.
- Conduct safety training.
- Develop site-specific safety processes and procedures.
- Participate in site safety committees.
