Job Description
Irby Construction Company, a member of Quanta Services, is seeking an experienced Safety Coordinator to support Transmission projects in Texas. This role involves ensuring compliance, promoting safety best practices, and fostering a safety-conscious culture across the project lifecycle. The position focuses on direct interaction with crews and is based in the Austin, TX area.
Requirements
- Demonstrate safety leadership by supporting the implementation of the Irby Safety Management System.
- Promote proactive and preventative safety measures by observing, analyzing, and correcting unsafe conditions.
- Integrate safety into project plans, establish safety goals, reinforce safety policies, and support safety training.
