The Systems Analyst 3 role will work closely with the EHR team and different application teams to analyze, design, and implement assigned modifications in various applications that connect with the EHR system. The role requires a skilled, analytic detail-oriented Systems Analyst with expertise in problem-solving, systems analysis, and healthcare technology.

Requirements

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business and technical requirements
• Work with technical lead for Interfaces group and other groups as needed
• Support migration efforts and propose new workflows as needed
• Assist in the design and configuration of different parts of the EHR
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of workflows and processes
• Analyze different systems performance and interfaces to identify opportunities for improvement
• Develop and/or work with developers for assigned components and modifications in different OIM Applications
• Support testing efforts on different areas of the EHR

• Professional experience working with Web based applications using Oracle as a backend
• In-depth knowledge of Oracle 11g/12c/18c/19c Database, SQL, PL/SQL programming, WebServices development and Javascript and/or Jquery
• Experience in APEX, JAVA, HTML is highly desirable
• Strong background and work experience in developing true web applications is necessary
• Knowledge in software development and installation, change management and testing
• Strong designing, development and troubleshooting skills required
