We are seeking an Oracle Application Database Administrator to maintain legacy Oracle systems, provide expert reporting solutions, and provide guidance on transitioning databases to modern technologies. The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of experience with Oracle databases and expertise in examining state agency invoicing and health claims data.

- Experience with Oracle databases
- Experience examining state agency invoicing data
- Experience examining health and pharmacy claims data
- Experience aligning state agency invoicing data to enrollment data
- Experience auditing state agency life insurance billing and collections
- Experience loading data from DB/c generated text files into Oracle databases
- Experience analyzing medical and pharmacy claims data
- Experience analyzing health, life and other insurance enrollment data
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience communicating with Executive Management
