We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Marketing Campaign Manager to lead the creation, execution, and analysis of our global marketing campaigns and initiatives. This key role will be responsible for driving brand awareness and demand generation by translating business objectives into high-impact, integrated campaigns, including new product launches and innovations.
Requirements
- 5+ years of demonstrable experience in B2B marketing, with a focus on global campaign management.
- Proven track record of running successful, targeted campaigns that clearly drive awareness and deliver measurable leads against targets.
- Strong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills (both written and spoken) with the ability to clearly articulate campaign strategy and collaborate effectively across all levels of the business.
- A strong understanding of demand generation and the alignment required between marketing and sales efforts.
- Proficiency with major Marketing Automation Platforms (MAPs) (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot, Pardot) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) for campaign execution, segmentation, and reporting.
