IT Administrator (Mid-level)

We are looking for a Mid-level IT Administrator to support and enhance our internal IT infrastructure and services. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing end user devices, supporting corporate applications, and maintaining technical security operations.

Requirements

• Manage provisioning, configuration, and troubleshooting of end user devices
• Support and maintain corporate applications, M365 tenant, and associated services
• Administer user accounts, permissions, and access across core systems
• Monitor system health, resolve incidents, and implement service improvements
• Implement updates and patching across endpoints and servers
• Contribute to cyber security operations
• Liaise with external vendors and the MDR/SOC service team
• Assist in maintaining network infrastructure, VPN, and firewalls
• Document configuration changes, operational procedures, and service requests
• Support IT audits, asset tracking, and compliance reporting activities
