Job Description
The Packaging Operator is responsible for safely operating packaging equipment while ensuring the highest integrity of the customer's product.
Requirements
- 6–12 months of Warehouse experience.
- 6–12 months of Operations experience.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Availability to work weekends and holidays as required.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work efficiently under pressure.
- Ability to work rotating shifts and adapt to last-minute schedule changes.
- Flexibility to work with different crews as needed.
- Ability to stand, walk, reach, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl occasionally.
- Ability to lift 55 lbs.
- Ability to stand for long periods.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions (heat, cold, humidity, etc.)
