Job Description
Quantlane is seeking a DevOps technical lead to bridge strategic vision with technical execution. The role involves establishing standards for infrastructure and automation, ensuring reliable and scalable systems, and mentoring colleagues. The team focuses on Kubernetes, CI/CD, automation, and observability to support their traders' work.
Requirements
- Experience with leading technical initiatives or teams
- Setting standards and providing solutions to problems
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Deep knowledge of the DevOps stack
- Experience with designing scalable distributed system architectures
- Awareness in areas like ArgoCD, Airflow, RabbitMQ, Redis or PostgreSQL
- Knowledge of more cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure)
- Experience with mentoring and leading the technical development of team
