Job Description
We are seeking a Technical Director of Materials and Metrology to lead the materials and metrology teams and manage their associated project portfolio, operations and facilities. The successful candidate will have expertise in quantum diamond materials and metrology, including CVD growth, diamond processing and fabrication, and diamond characterization techniques.
Requirements
- Expertise in quantum diamond materials and metrology
- Experience running R&D/ engineering programs, teams and operations
- Ability to develop and grow as a technical leader in industry
- Excellent communication skills and independent learning and thinking skills
- Experience with distributed teams and business partners
- Experience with program management tools and methodologies
- Ability to bring a new technology up the Technology Readiness Level (TRL) scale
