Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
• OSHA 30 certification required (or willingness to obtain within a defined timeframe)
• 1–3 years of experience in industrial mechanical construction or project management support
• Proficiency in project management software (Procore, Primavera P6, MS Project, or similar)
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
• Strong understanding of cost tracking and scheduling principles
