As a Bid Management Support, you will support the full lifecycle of tender and proposal activities, including screening and qualification of opportunities, preparing bid reviews and proposal structures, and contributing to high-quality, timely submissions.

Requirements

• Degree in a commercial, administrative, or technical field
• Initial professional experience in a structured, deadline-driven environment
• Excellent communication skills in German and English
• Self-motivated, well-organized, and comfortable working independently within a team-based setup
