Director of Finance (m/f/d)

As Director of Finance, you will be responsible for international correspondence with subsidiaries, financial accounting and reporting, and optimizing financial processes. You will work closely with stakeholders to ensure financial integrity and strategic decision-making through accurate and timely financial information.

Requirements

• University degree in business administration, finance, or a similar field
• Experience in an international/global environment and familiarity with IFRS
• At least 5 years of experience in financial management
• In-depth knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, accounting, and financial analysis
• Proven success in leading and developing finance teams
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders in English and German
