We are looking for a Finance Manager to own the end-to-end finance engine of a deep-tech hardware company. You will be responsible for building scalable processes, managing the full order-to-cash cycle, and driving financial planning & analysis. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate project P&L and tool-level costing, managing cashflow planning, and overseeing import/export compliance.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in finance, controlling, or FP&A
- Deep understanding of hardware-heavy financial cycles
- Experience with order-book management, customer milestone payments, lead-time-driven cash flow planning, and cost-of-goods transparency
- Comfortable owning tool-level cost models, gross margin tracking, and forecasting in a low-volume, high-complexity capital equipment environment
- Familiarity with import/export procedures, VAT, Incoterms, and global shipping challenges for high-value equipment
- Experience working with ERP/MRP systems and integrating them with finance workflows
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize technical complexity into clear financial guidance
- Excellent communication skills, able to align engineering, operations, and leadership around financial implications of technical decisions
