Supply Chain Manager

The Supply Chain Manager at QuantumDiamonds will lead the hardware supply chain from scale-up to global industrial production, building and executing an end-to-end strategy for bringing quantum sensing devices into every advanced semiconductor fab.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in hardware supply chain, operations, procurement, or manufacturing
• Strong understanding of complex multi-vendor supply chains
• Proven ability to own supplier negotiations, contracts, and performance management
• Experience with import/export regulations and logistics for high-value technical equipment
• Hands-on mindset with the ability to work closely with engineering, labs, and manufacturing partners
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems, BOM handling, and inventory processes
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with a data-driven decision-making approach
• Excellent communication skills
