Job Description
Precision Medicine Group is seeking a Senior Director to lead their Enterprise IT and Security Operations functions. This role is critical to ensuring the reliability, scalability, and security of enterprise systems, supporting a fast-paced innovation-driven startup environment. The role involves defining IT strategy, managing cross-functional teams, and driving operational excellence across infrastructure, cloud, and cybersecurity.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- 18+ years of relevant work experience
- 10+ years of experience managing teams
- 10+ years of experience working with internal stakeholders
- Proven success managing complex IT environments and security programs
- Strong knowledge of cloud service providers (AWS, networking, endpoint management, and cybersecurity frameworks)
- Demonstrated success in managing GRC and SecOps
