This role demands a blend of excellent communication, technical proficiency, and proactive problem-solving to address and resolve client issues efficiently.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Demonstrated experience with Linux operating systems, particularly Debian and Fedora
• Basic understanding of AWS services and containerization technologies
